The Carbonice "Heiße Inge (Hot Inge)" is a handmade a-head cap for overhanging 1 1/8'' head tubes. In particular, forks with carbon fibre head tubes need to have an overhang of 3-5mm over the stem. This is necessary to protect the head tube while tightening the stem. The "Heiße Inge" supports this task, and covers the overhanging head tube aesthetically. The outside diameter is 34,0mm.
