Michael Holzner found Carbonice because of his discontent of the provided quality and finish of the available market solutions. Products with flaws such as blowholes, yellow discolouration, raisin (resin?) spots or other imperfections are not distributed by Carbonice.

Furthermore, all Carbonice developments are tested by professional athletes and lightweight specialists. Besides the testing on the in-house testing bench Carbonice products are also tested by external and independent testing institutes according to official standards.
 

CARBONICE CRASH REPLACEMENT (CCR)

Whether in training or in race use, crashes cannot always be avoided. In the case of an accident, Carbonice offers its customers a special service – the Carbonice Crash Replacement Program. Within the warranty of 3 years all Carbonice products are protected by the CCRP and can be replaced for special conditions. This service is provided for all Carbonice costumers. Second hand users are excluded from this warranty. In case of a model change, Carbonice will replace the damaged component with a similar component. The following table shows the conditions of the crash replacement:

until 1 year after the purchase 40 % discount on current RRP of the manufacturer
until 2 years after the purchase 30 % discount on current RRP of the manufacturer
until 3 years after the purchase 25 % discount on current RRP of the manufacturer

To make a use of the Carbonice Crash Replacement Programplease contact Carbonice directly.
Please make a short description of the damage and enclose the receipt while sending the damaged product to Carbonice. After the damage evaluation, the damaged product will be replaced against a new product of the current series.
A payback of the purchase price is not possible. The conversion into another size or variant of the product is also not possible.
